ReTwo LLC ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle data across our applications, including Vanta and Ledger.
We believe your data belongs to you. Our applications are designed to be "Stateless." We do not host your media or financial files. Connection data to your personal servers (e.g., Jellyfin) is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Our apps may connect to third-party APIs (such as TMDB for metadata or user-provided REST/WebDAV endpoints for remote storage) strictly at the user's request. Your credentials and API tokens for these services are stored securely in the local Apple Keychain and are never visible to ReTwo LLC.
If you choose to link third-party tracking services (such as Trakt) to sync your watch history, the authentication is handled securely via standard OAuth protocols. ReTwo LLC does not intercept or store your passwords for these services. You may revoke access to these services at any time from within the app settings.
We may use anonymous telemetry provided by Apple (App Store Connect) to improve application performance and catch crashes. This data contains no personally identifiable information (PII) and no information about your specific media libraries, file names, or viewing habits.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Because our apps are local-first, we do not possess a centralized database of our users' private media or financial data to share.
If you contact us for customer support, we will retain your email address solely for the purpose of resolving your issue. You have the right to request the deletion of any correspondence or support data we hold regarding you at any time.
